INTRODUCTION

Hear2Listen delivers programmes and interventions designed specifically to support young people and adults to overcome personal barriers to positive living and reaching their potential. The EAP provides staff with support and counselling aimed at improving productivity and well-being.

DURATION

The programme comprises of 6 one-to-one counselling sessions with the option to extend a further 6 after discussion. Contracts are available annually or by terms.

 

METHODOLOGY

Hear2Listen employs a variety of counsellors from various therapeutic backgrounds designed to suit an individual’s specific needs. We employ a person-centred approach to sessions with the main aim to create an environment that is safe and supportive. This provides a setting where staff can explore and overcome barriers that prevent fully engagement with the working environment.
