3EP employs a humanistic approach to group sessions and activities with the main aim to create an environment that is safe and supportive but also challenging. This provides a stable foundation for participants to grow and develop while creating an environment where honest sharing can take place. The programme is designed for up to 200 participants across the year, separated into groups of 15. Each group is led by a Team Leader and 2 group mentors with one of the roles being occupied by a trained counsellor.
